Sample itinerary day...
Delight in your Divinity, Sept 17-21
7:30am breakfast on the terrace together
8:30am Daily sessions begin: Movement, breathwork, activating meditations and visioning. Priming your energy for miracles & revelations.
10:30am Short drive to Palermo, where we'll experience a market tour, followed by a italian cooking class together for lunch.
2:30 Free time to shop, stroll, sip espresso and discover Palermo.
5:30pm Enjoy dinner together at the villa overlooking the sea
7pm - 8pm Gather for evening circle. We work with our energy, sing, center and open our hearts for the sweetest dreams.
What's included in your retreat investment...
My intention for you is to arrive in Sicily and let go, enjoy and be nourished. Almost everything is included, except your airfare and free-time purchases.
Note this is an intimate experience, only 6 women can attend...

- Daily Acitvating Sessions: meditation, breakwork, mentorship moments, breakthroughs and spiritual embodiment practices.
