In an attempt to heal her mind and body from abuse, emotional trauma, addiction and unfavorable diagnosis, Nichole discovered meditation.
This changed everything. In her search for a "normal" life to care for her daughter, after so much chaos and suffering, she found her Divinity with her eyes closed on a meditation cushion.
Over the next several years she devoted herself to the practice and living in Devotion to learning more.
Nichole has meditated for thousands of hours at personal retreats followed by spiritual practitioner training, meditation teacher training, studying energy, awareness and activating consciousness in India, Bali and beyond.
Now she guides others to activate their potential, experience wellbeing and abundance with these tools.
